Small claims cases in Somona County Superior Court are handed at the Hall of Justice located at:

Sonoma County Small Claims Advisor

Under California Code of Civil Procedure Sections 116.260 and 116.940, Sonoma County offers a free legal advisor to help you with your small claims court case.  This service is provided through Empire Law School.  The service is overseen by Dean William Robertson and Professor Kadin Blonski.  Under the program, law students receive credit for telephone or in-person assistance offering small claims litigants assistance with their cases.  The clinic is located at the law school campus at:

Walk-in hours are Monday and Wednesday from 3:30 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.  Assistance is also offered over the telephone on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.  The telephone number is (707) 565-6457.   The clinic also offers bilingual assistance in Spanish for walk-in help on Monday from 3:30 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. and by telephone on Thursdays from 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
