The Civic Center Courthouse is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hearings are typically held in 30-70 days from date the claim is first filed.

San Francisco County Superior Court allows you to look up information regarding your case online. You need to have the case number (will be given to you by the clerk after you file your case or will be on the paperwork you were served with) or name of a party.
