Beginning October 7, 2011, Alameda County Small Claims Court cases can only be filed at two locations: Hayward Hall of Justice and Rene C. Davidson Courthouse in Oakland.
Additionally, starting October 3, 2011, the clerk’s office is only open from 8:30AM-2:30PM. A dropbox for documents needing to be filed is available from 2:30PM-4:00PM.
